We have sold 737 lots to two developers, 433 lots in Phase 1A to Pueblo Sprout Development and 304 lots in Phases 1B, 2A, and 3A, to an investment group from Colorado Springs. Temperatures have been dropping in Pueblo but North Vista Highlands continues to heat up. The completion of Walking Stick from CSU to Vision Hills has drawn lots of attention and provides a new way to access the North Vista Highlands and Walking Stick communities.

With 4850 homesites NVH will be home to more than 10,000 new residents in the coming years starting with Phase 1A on the northeast corner of Walking Stick Boulevard and Vision Hills Parkway.
